V-grooves in Aluminium composite materials with mineral core like Alucodond, Dibond etc., slot and sizing operations, V-grooves for 90° or 135° panel folding to make buildings ventilated facades.

Manufactured with polycrystalline diamond ( DP ) – DP H=3 mm – Z=1 with perfect sharpening and shear angle for indicated material, long cutting life on mineral core aluminum panels – suitable for 2 – 3 resharpening.
